“Al Tulipano” tray – Doccia

Lobed, oval porcelain tray with a molded edge, decorated in polychrome at the center with a primordial and experimental chromatic version of the oriental peony known as “tulip,” here in purple rather than iron red. Four floral tendrils adorn the rim, and gold highlights enhance the decoration.
